Process of making a custom giant inflatable product replica

1. Discuss your wishes. Please send us over your ideas and product pictures. We can inflate any product / logo or mascot.
2. Free, no obligation quote. You will receive a price estimate. Once approved we continue to the next step.
3. Complimentary inflatable artwork. Our team of designers will show you how your product can look as an inflatable. We take stability into account. A great inflatable looks awesome, but is also easy to use / set up. For Seiko we created a structure (like a watch stand) to make sure it would stand stable and look great! We offer unlimted revisions on our design work until you are 100% satisfied. Once the design is approved we can also quote you with the exact price, including shipping costs to your address.
4. Place your order. As all our products are custom made we require a 50% down payment before we start with production.
5. Production and delivery. Sit back, relax and let us do what we do best. You will receive multiple angle pictures of your custom inflatable for approval. We deliver your inflatable to your doorstep

• A blower or pump
• Anchor materials (ropes, storm pins and a mallot)
• Heavy duty carry bag
• Repair kit + Inflatable manual including safety instructions, set up instruction and maintenance & care. Not rocket science, but handy for your team to work with.
• 5 year warranty on production errors. Lifetime service. We deliver high quality inflatables that are build to last. With the proper usage and maintenance your inflatable can last for decades. We are always here to help you with any issues you may face now or in 20 years.

Optional:

• Internal LED light system, yes it looks awesome!
• Air sealed (ask your project manager for advise)
• Removable banners (with velcro or through D-rings)
• Water bags to add extra stability

What kind of materials do we use?

Depending on if your giant custom inflatable is air sealed or constant air we use,

• Strong and durable PVC tarpaulin 0.60 MM (air sealed)
• Lightweight and durable heat transfer printed oxford polyester 420 D  (constant air)

For your constant air giant inflatable product replica ask your project manager about the optional internal blower system.

Custom LIT Handlers Giant Inflatable Product Replica

Lit Handlers came to us in search of a giant inflatable product replica for their super unique product line. As seen on Shark Tank, LIT Handlers make incredible koozies with super unique patterns for cans, tumblers, and even ice cream pints.

Promo Bears was asked to create two giant inflatable replicas of their handlers, an ice cream pint and a tumbler (pictured here).
