Our standard production timeline for your custom mascot costume is 11–12 weeks. Which includes design, materials, construction and quality checks. If you need your custom mascot sooner, rush production slots may be available for an additional fee. Availability of rush production slots depend on the complexity of your order and the time of year.

For orders of 2-5 pcs the standard production timeline is also 11-12 weeks. For bigger orders like 10 / 20 / 50 pcs we will make a custom delivery plan based on your requirements.

After production’s complete, we’ll take some pictures which we’ll send to you. Once you are fully satisfied with the final product, you give us your go and we ship the mascot to your delivery address.
