The Greene County Sheriff’s Office approached Promo Bears with an exciting vision: a custom mascot costume to support their community outreach efforts. The result? Deputy Tracker, a loyal police dog mascot dedicated to building trust and sparking conversations. Designed with approachability in mind, Tracker is more than just a costume: he’s a community ambassador. About The Project | The Design

Deputy Tracker started with a clear goal: help the Greene County Sheriff’s Office connect with the community. After a custom quote request, our team at Promo Bears began working closely with the department. They wanted more than just a costume—they wanted a true community ambassador.

The concept focused on a friendly K9 deputy. Someone professional, trustworthy, and full of character. Early sketches highlighted warmth, approachability, and a real law enforcement look. After a few rounds of feedback and refinements, the final design was approved. Tracker had the right mix of charm and respect.

With the design set, production began. Tracker was built to be strong, comfortable, and expressive. Perfect for outdoor events, school visits, and local fairs. Once he arrived in Greene County, he quickly made an impact. Kids loved him. Families welcomed him. Deputy Tracker became a familiar and friendly face in the community.
