STEP 2: Free Quote and Concept Illustration
Once we receive your request, your dedicated Project Manager will be assigned. We will send you a free quote and our team of professional artists will show you what your stress reliever will look like. Including unlimited revisions!
This way you can make a fully informed decision based on pricing, delivery times and the free concept artwork.
Step 3: From Great to Perfect
Is the concept exactly what you wanted? Amazing! We can start producing a prototype.
You like what you see but it’s still missing a little something? We aim to deliver the perfect stress relievers for your needs! Together with your project manager, you will work on the design, and we optimize it until it’s perfect for you.
Let our talented design team show you what your custom stress reliever could look like. Including unlimited revisions.
Step 4: Prototype
Are you positive about working with us after receiving the design? Now we are starting to produce the first prototype! We offer unlimited revisions. We will also send you pictures of the clay mold + final prototype for your approval.
Step 5: Production & Delivery
Are you happy with the price, stress reliever prototype and can’t wait to present it to your fans? Great! We can start with your custom stress ball/reliever bulk order. Now it’s time to sit back, relax and let us do what we do best.
Once your stress relievers are produced, we make sure it is fluffy, beautiful, and meets our quality standards. This way, we can ensure your new stress balls will become your fans new best friends.
Your stress balls get packed securely and will be delivered to your doorstep by UPS!

Once you are satisfied with the design, we will begin manufacturing the prototype. Once the prototype is ready, we will send you pictures for you to see and approve. Only after your approval of the prototype, will we start mass production of your stress balls.
The minimum order quantity for our custom stress balls is 1,000. This is due to the cost of manufacturing molds for custom designs. However, we offer competitive pricing on orders of 1,000 or more to give you the opportunity to get custom stress balls at an affordable price.
Promo Bears stress balls production usually takes 10-12 weeks. This includes time for prototyping (4 weeks), mold making and mass production (4-5 weeks), and air shipping (2 weeks). Please note that these times may change depending on the complexity of the design and the order quantity. If you have a larger order quantity or a more complex design, contact Promo Bears for more specific times. We also offer the option to prototype before you decide on a larger order quantity.
