Step 2: Receive your free quote & concept illustration
Once we receive your request, you will be assigned to be one of our dedicated project managers. They will support you throughout the entire process! You will receive a quote based on your wishes. If you are interested, then our designers will get to work and you will soon receive the concept illustration of your hand puppet!
Step 3: From great to perfect
Is the concept illustration exactly how you envisioned your custom hand puppet? Then perfect!
Do you still feel like the design needs some adjustments? No worries. With Promo Bears, you have unlimited feedback rounds to ensure that you get the perfect product. Our experienced project managers will assist you in this process.
STEP 4: Production & Delivery of your hand puppet
When you agree on a design, the production team will start creating your first-hand puppet prototype. We will ship this to you to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the product. Adjustments can still be made at this stage!
Are you happy with the product? Perfect! Then production can begin and you will soon receive your custom hand puppets!
