No mascot design? No Problem!
We also offer unique character designs. Put your idea into writing, and our project manager will get in touch with you to discuss all the details. Afterwards you will receive a first sketch from our unique character experts. We offer unlimited revisions until you are 100% happy with your new mascot.

We will get back to you asap and provide you with a quotation for your mascot mass-manufacturing project. The quote includes a bundle price for your mascot costumes, depending on the size of your order and your requirements

Step 2: FREE Concept Artwork

Our talented design team will show you how your mascots could look like. We take comfort and good vision for the performers into account. We offer unlimited revisions at no additional cost. Once you are 100% satisfied with your design simply confirm your order by e-mail and we will proceed with the production of your mascot prototype.

Step 3: Production of a mascot prototype

Before you commit to a bulk order, we will make sure you are fully satisfied with the mascot costume! When you are happy with the design, we will start producing a prototype costume. We will then deliver this to you so you can decide whether you would like to opt for our custom mass-manufactured mascot costumes!

Step 4: mass-manufacturing & Delivery

Are you satisfied with the prototype and want to place a bulk order? Sit back, relax and let us do what we do best.
Your dedicated project manager will take care of everything. We are experts in mascot costumes with a quick turnaround time. Your new custom mascot will be produced according to the approved design. That means that we always keep the file with your design at hand. We ensure that the head is produced using a 3D pattern mold, which we can reuse to ensure all of your mascots look the same.

We are transparent about our production capacity. We produce an average of 5 mascots/week for your project. That means that your mass production order will take slightly longer. However, we ensure that we keep your mascots in our warehouse, free of charge, until you need them! This way, once your order is complete, or whenever you need them, you can receive your mascot in 2-3 days!

Mascot Ready
When your mascot costume is ready, we will do a quality control. We make sure that the workmanship, comfort and appearance are at the highest level. We share result photos with you for your final approval.

Delivery
Once you approve, we’ll pack it securely for shipping and include a manual with tips for using and caring for your new superstars. Our mascots are delivered directly to your desired destination(s) with UPS tracked shipping within the agreed time period.
